How the OEM/ODM programme works · How we inspect before shipment
Before you write to us
We work on FOB terms only. We quote from Shenzhen, Ningbo or Yiwu. If you need CIF or door delivery we will introduce you to freight forwarders you can contract with directly. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out after several emails.
We are not a factory. We are the export partner between you and production: sourcing, samples, quality inspection, private-label branding and the documents. That is the job, and it is a real one.
Markets we ship to
Middle East
Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Oman and Qatar. Alongside construction tools, this region buys agricultural and livestock equipment: electric chain saws for palm and orchard trimming, and shears for sheep and goats.
We quote in Arabic, and we prepare the export documents your customs broker asks for.
Africa
Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and Algeria. Demand here is led by construction and fabrication: grinders and drills first, then the accessories and cutting wheels that reorder monthly.
Send us your destination port and your list, and we will quote FOB and then point you to a forwarder covering your lane.

Approve a sample
Order single units to test, or approve a pre-production sample for private label. Production does not start before your written approval.
Production and inspection
Built to the agreed specification, then inspected with photos and video before the container is booked.
Shipment and documents
FOB loading from Shenzhen, Ningbo or Yiwu, with the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and certification files.
