How to order
From enquiry to container, in six steps
No registration, no account, no minimum enquiry size. Most buyers go from first email to a quotation inside two business days, and from quotation to a loaded container in six to nine weeks.
What happens at each step
-
Send your list — or your problem
Either works. Send model names and quantities and we quote them, or tell us the category, your market and the price band your channel sells at, and we come back with a shortlist of two or three models and the reason each one fits.
Include your destination port and the voltage and plug type your market uses. Those two facts change the answer more than anything else.
-
Receive a written quotation
One document: unit price, MOQ, carton dimensions and weights, units per carton, lead time, certification status and trade terms, with a stated validity period. Forward it internally without having to ask us anything to make sense of it.
Prices are never published on this site, because the right price depends on your configuration, your quantity and your port.
-
Approve a sample
Order single units to test, or a mixed sample shipment across categories. For private label we produce a pre-production unit with your branding applied and send it with photographs of the carton.
Nothing goes to bulk production until you approve in writing. We keep the signed-off reference unit and check production against it, not against a description.
-
Confirm the order and the proforma invoice
The proforma states the model, configuration, quantity, price, packing, carton dimensions, shipment window and payment schedule. Deposit against the confirmed order, balance before shipment.
If anything in the proforma is not what you agreed, say so before paying, not after.
-
Production and pre-shipment inspection
Bulk production to the approved specification, then inspection before loading: function test, voltage and plug verification, accessory count, cosmetics and carton check, with photographs and video. The full checklist is here.
You are welcome to appoint an independent inspector — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own agent — and we will accommodate the visit and the sampling.
-
Loading and documents
FOB loading at Shenzhen, Ningbo or Yiwu. You receive the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and certification files where they apply, well before the vessel arrives so your broker can prepare the entry.
On FOB terms you contract the freight. If you would rather not, see shipping and trade terms — we will introduce a forwarder you can contract with directly.
Minimums, at a glance
| Order type | Minimum | Typical lead time |
|---|---|---|
| Sample, stock model | 1 unit | 3–7 days |
| Mixed sample shipment | 1 unit per model | 5–10 days, depending on how many categories |
| Bulk, stock model | Carton quantities | 25–35 days after deposit |
| Bulk, private label (OEM) | 30 units per model | 30–40 days after deposit and artwork approval |
| ODM, design change | Quoted per project | Quoted per project, including tooling |
These are the standard figures we work to. The lead time on your quotation is the one we stand behind.
What to have ready before you enquire
- Your destination country and port
- The voltage your market uses — 110 V or 220–240 V
- The plug type — Type C, D, G or M — or a photo of a socket
- Rough quantities, or the container size you are targeting
- Whether you need retail packaging or plain export cartons
- Whether you want your own brand, and on which models
If you have none of that yet, send the category and your market anyway. We would rather help you work it out than wait for a perfect brief.

Ordering and samples — questions
How do we start working together?
Three steps. First, tell us the models, quantities and your destination port — or tell us what sells in your market and ask us what we would recommend. Second, we send a written FOB quotation with a validity period. Third, you approve samples before bulk production. Nothing moves to bulk production until you have seen and approved a sample.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Samples ship from 1 unit for stock models, and we encourage mixed sample orders across several categories so you can test a range in one shipment. Sample cost and freight are confirmed up front in writing.
Do you approve samples before bulk production?
Yes, always. We send a sample for your written approval and keep a signed-off reference unit on our side. Bulk production is checked against that reference — not against a description on a piece of paper.
What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T with a deposit on order and the balance before shipment. The exact split is confirmed in your quotation and proforma invoice. We do not ask for payment before you have a written quotation and a proforma invoice in hand.
How long does production take?
Stock models normally ship within a few days of payment. Bulk orders on stock models are typically 25–35 days after deposit; private-label runs take 30–40 days, because artwork approval comes first. The lead time we quote in writing is the one we stand behind.
Can I private-label the tools with my own brand?
Yes. Body colour, silkscreen, case artwork, carton artwork and instruction manual are all part of our OEM programme, from 30 units per model. Send us your logo and we will prepare a mock-up before anything is produced.
