240 V, 50 Hz — Type G plugs
Kenya uses the three-pin 13 A Type G plug at 240 V. Everything you order should be rated 220–240 V, and the plug moulding is confirmed against your order before production rather than assumed.
PVoC is verified at origin, before the ship leaves
Kenya's Pre-Export Verification of Conformity is carried out in the country of export by an appointed inspection agency, not at the port of arrival. That means it lands on us as much as on you: we prepare the technical file and make the goods available for inspection at origin. Tell us at the enquiry stage — this is the item that most often sets the first order's timeline.

Getting it to Mombasa — and onwards
Decide whether the order is for Kenya or for the region
Mombasa clears goods that continue to Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan and the eastern DRC. If part of the consignment is transiting, say so before packing: the carton marking, the documents and the way the container is loaded all change, and it is far cheaper to plan than to re-handle.
Tell us the list, the port and the volumes
Models or categories, quantities, destination port and the voltage you need. If you already buy from another supplier and want one container instead of two shipments, tell us that too — consolidation is where the saving sits, because you pay for one shipment instead of two.
We quote FOB, in writing
Unit price, MOQ, carton dimensions and weights, units per carton, lead time, certification status and trade terms in one document. Prices are never published on this site — the right price depends on the configuration, the quantity and the port.
PVoC is arranged at origin, in parallel with production
We prepare the technical file and make the goods available for the pre-export inspection. Documents — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and certification files where applicable — are prepared before the vessel sails, so your broker can start the entry instead of waiting for paperwork.
Payment, trade terms and what we will not claim
FOB, T/T, confirmed in writing
We ship FOB Shenzhen, Ningbo or Yiwu. You own the freight contract, you see the real cost, and the bill of lading is in your name. Payment is T/T — deposit against the confirmed order, balance before shipment — written into the proforma rather than agreed verbally.
CIF and delivered pricing are arranged through forwarders we work with, who contract with you directly so you keep the bill of lading and the position, not just the invoice.
What we are
We are a trading and export company, not a manufacturer. We buy from vetted Chinese factories, inspect the batch before it is loaded, and ship under our own brand or yours. We do not publish prices, we do not claim to be a factory, and we do not brand other people's trademarks.
Private label starts at 30 units per model and covers branding, not re-engineering — see OEM / ODM. Even then, a pre-production sample is approved before the bulk run.
