Private-label power tools, from 30 units

Your brand on the tool, the charger, the manual and the carton. You approve a physical sample before a single unit of bulk production runs — that is the whole point of doing it with us rather than buying stock and stickering it in your warehouse.

OEM or ODM — which one you are asking for
ProgrammeWhat changesTypical MOQLead time
Stock / white label Nothing. Existing model, existing packaging, our export carton. 1 unit for samples; carton quantities for bulk 3–7 days samples, 25–35 days bulk
OEM — private label Your logo and colours on tool, charger, manual and retail carton. Same electrical platform. 30 units per model 30–40 days after deposit and artwork approval
ODM A genuine change to the product: different chuck, different voltage platform, different accessory set, different housing colour and moulding. Quoted per project — tooling usually pushes this higher Quoted per project, tooling lead time included

The 30-unit figure covers branding, not re-engineering. It applies to a model we already produce — your logo, your colour, your manual, your retail carton, same electrical platform inside. Changing the tool itself (new moulding, a different chuck, a different voltage platform, a different accessory set) is ODM work: it needs tooling, and tooling is quoted per project at a higher volume. MOQ and lead times below are the standard figures we work to; they are confirmed in writing on your quotation, and a specific model may differ.

What private label actually covers

Tool body

Pad-printed or silkscreened logo on the housing, plus your colour on the shell where the mould allows it.

Charger and battery

Logo on the charger housing and label. Battery packs labelled to your brand.

Manual

Instruction booklet printed with your logo, your contact details and your local importer information where you supply it.

Retail carton

Your artwork on the carton, with the product data, barcode and destination-market markings you specify.

Accessories

Discs, bits, blades, nozzles and carry cases presented to your specification.

Labels

Rating plate, warning labels and market compliance marks placed according to your destination's requirements.

The private-label process, step by step

  1. Choose the model and the platform

You pick from the range, or send us a sample and a target cost. We confirm what the production line can do at your quantity.

  2. Send artwork and branding files

Logo as vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), your colour references, manual content, carton artwork and any barcode or importer details. We tell you what is missing rather than guessing at it.

  3. Approve the physical proof

We produce a pre-production sample with your branding applied and send it to you, with photographs of the carton. Bulk does not start until you approve in writing. Changes after this point mean re-quoting.

  4. Deposit and production

Deposit against the confirmed order, then production to the approved specification — typically 30–40 days for a private-label run.

  5. Inspection

Function test, voltage and plug verification, accessory count and carton inspection with photo and video evidence. See the checklist.

  6. Loading and documents

FOB loading with your branded goods, plus invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and certification files where applicable.

What we need from you before we can quote

  • The model or the category, and a target quantity
  • Destination country and port
  • Voltage and plug type your market uses
  • Whether you need retail packaging, and for which channel
  • Your brand name, and the logo file if the quote is for private label

That is enough for a firm quotation. Artwork can follow once you have decided to proceed.

Two honest limits

We are not the factory. For ODM work we are the party managing the tooling and the production line on your behalf. If you require direct factory audit access, tell us at the start and we will say plainly whether the line will allow it.

We do not brand other people's trademarks. If the logo you send is not yours to use, we will stop. Counterfeit and lookalike branding is not a service we offer at any quantity.

OEM / ODM questions

What is the difference between OEM and ODM in your programme?

OEM means we build an existing model to your brand: your logo, colour and packaging on a tool that already exists. ODM means we take your requirement and select or adapt a model to meet it, then brand it as yours. Most buyers start with OEM on two or three proven models and move to ODM once they know what their market buys.

What can I customise?

Body colour, printed logo, rating label, blow-moulded case, colour box, instruction manual and accessory selection. Tell us the price point you need to hit and we will tell you which of these we can include without breaking it.

Do you handle the instruction manual and labelling?

Yes, and this is worth more than it sounds. An instruction manual and a rating label in the wrong language, or with the wrong voltage, is a customs problem in several markets. We prepare them to match your destination.

Can you match a battery platform I already sell?

Usually yes. Send us a photograph of your existing battery pack and the terminal dimensions, and we will confirm whether we can match the interface so that one charger serves your whole range.

What is the minimum for private label?

30 units per model for private label. Stock models can be shipped from 1 unit, so you can test demand before committing to a branded programme.
