What you can change before we produce
None of this is fixed until you approve it in writing. These are the options buyers change most often on Concrete & construction orders:
- SDS-Plus or SDS-Max / hex tool holder
- Voltage 110 V or 220-240 V and destination plug
- Bit, chisel or blade set included in the carton
- Vibration control and soft-start where the site requires it
- Carry case or plain export carton
How our OEM/ODM programme works · How we inspect before shipping
Where these tools are used
- Drilling anchor and fixing holes in concrete and stone
- Chiselling, breaking and demolition work
- Foundation, slab and column casting
- Tile, marble and stone cutting on site
- Road, kerb and drainage repair crews
Market notes. Construction tools are the easy half of this trade and the most crowded, so the question is not whether a hammer can be bought but whether it survives the job it is bought for. On African and Middle Eastern sites the two things that end a tool early are heat and dust: a hammer rated for intermittent DIY work runs continuously on a site, and a breaker run without a dust seal eats its own piston. Ask for the duty rating and the impact energy rather than the wattage, and be explicit about whether the crews are drilling anchor holes all day or breaking out a slab once a month. Site voltage is the other trap: 110 V on a Gulf site or 60 Hz in Saudi Arabia is a different tool, not a different plug.
Concrete & construction — buyer questions
What is the difference between a rotary hammer and a demolition hammer?
A rotary hammer drills and can chisel; it spins the bit and hammers it at the same time. A demolition hammer only chisels, but with a much heavier blow and no rotation, which is why it breaks out a slab that a rotary hammer would only scratch. Most sites need both, and most first orders buy the rotary hammer and rent the breaker until the volume justifies buying one.
Which chucks and bits should I stock?
SDS-Plus covers drilling up to about 26 mm and is the volume tool in every market we ship to. SDS-Max and hex shanks are for the heavier breaker and chiselling work. Bits and chisels are the repeat purchase and the reason a customer comes back, so the shank standard you choose matters more than the drill itself.
Do you supply the tools with a case?
Case or plain export carton, your choice, and it changes both the carton dimensions and the freight volume. A blow-moulded case adds cost and cubic metres; a plain carton is what most importers choose once they are shipping pallet quantities rather than singles.
