Tell us the models, the quantities and your destination port. We reply within one business day with unit prices, MOQ, carton dimensions and weights, lead time and trade terms — in English, 中文 or العربية.
What to include so the first reply is useful
- The models — names or SKUs from this site, or a photo or link to something similar you are already buying
- Quantities — per model if you have them, or the total you plan to put in a container
- Destination — country and port, so we can quote FOB against the right sailing
- Voltage and plug type — 110 V or 220–240 V, Type C, D, G or M
- Packaging — retail box or plain export carton, and whether you need private label
If you only have the category and a quantity, send that. We will come back with a shortlist and prices rather than a request for more information.

Visits by appointment. If you want a factory visit rather than an office meeting, tell us in advance — we will arrange it at the producing line and say plainly what can and cannot be seen.
Before you write
Two things are worth knowing up front, so nobody wastes an email:
- We do not publish prices on this site — quotations are written per enquiry, with a validity window
- We ship on FOB terms; CIF and door delivery are arranged through forwarders you contract with directly
