What this model is for
A forced-air incubator with automatic tray turning, digital temperature and humidity control and an alarm if either drifts outside its set window. Fan circulation keeps the temperature even across the whole tray rather than warm at the top and cool at the bottom, which is what decides whether the eggs near the edge of a set hatch with the ones in the middle. Supplied with the turning motor, thermostat, heat element and humidity tray available as separate lines, because a failure during a set costs the whole set.

What hatch rate should I expect?
A forced-air incubator with reliable turning and temperature control will hatch the majority of fertile eggs set. What decides the result is more often the fertility and handling of the eggs than the machine — eggs stored too long, or stored warm before setting, will not hatch whatever incubator they are in.
Which capacity should I start with?
Size on the chicks you can sell or rear in one cycle, not on the number printed on the machine. Running an incubator below capacity costs almost the same, so most buyers who start too small end up running sets back to back within a season.
